Take A Trip To Italy (Without Leaving Your Kitchen)

This is by far my favorite thing to come out of the pandemic. Shot the day before quarantine in NYC, this 8 part documentary series that takes a look at one of the world’s rarest, funkiest, cookbook collections and has raised thousands of dollars for both the World and NY Food Bank. It has been a platform for celebrity chefs to discuss life in quarantine, along with special events with Atlas Obscura, and other media outlets online. With a dedicated website, YouTube Channel, Facebook and Instagram accounts, this ongoing project continues to grow a dedicated audience for a very good cause, and is being developed into a series with RAI Television.

Update: Italy in Bocca has currently won 12 film festivals, and a prestigious Taste Award for Best Documentary Series. Couldn’t be happier.
