Q: What Do Chefs Eat?

My love affair with food has spanned decades and transversed seven continents. I always had one burning question however; these amazing chef’s that give us the world’s greatest foods … what do they eat? The answer is unsurprisingly sandwiches. Quick, endlessly variable, and delicious, they are without question the main vehicle to bring delicious to these culinary geniuses mouths. So, with the help of my friend Jeremy Spector of The Brindle Room, we casually asked chefs to let us into their kitchens on random afternoons and have them simply make us a sandwich. It wasn’t something on the menu, it wasn’t planned, it was just what they loved to eat. The result is something genuine, magical and delicious. An authentic look into a chefs real world, without the dramatic Vivaldi score or dramatic lighting. This is real life you can taste and with multiple festival awards including two Staff Picks from Vimeo everyone else finds them tasty too.
